New Fan Art

Well, Here some new Fan Art I have done over the past term, in my spare time of course. I can 100% guarantee that none of these are copied. Hope you like them.

First up is Spidey. I like drawing Spidey, as he is different from the other superheroes as he is skinny and you can push his body into wild contorting poses. This makes him real fun to draw. The only pain is all the detail his costume requires.

Here's a small picture of Bloo and Mac. Not really much to say about it.

I call this picture "I shall now hide in my pants". I love this show.

Kim, Ron and Rufus. Kim's head can be a little bit difficult to draw, to get those eyes and that upper lip mouth looking good is tricky.

I love drawing Goofy and Donald. Personally I fell Goofy is underrated as a cartoon star. He is the best character to work with for pure animation, his cartoons are hilarious and he has had possibly the biggest career of the Disney stars.

Mickey and Bugs. I really like this picture, even though I am not quite sure what they are looking at.

Hi, and a tribute to Only Fools and Horses

Well, the end of term is nearly here. It has been long and tiring, with some late nights but my group Itchy Head, i.e. Harrison, Simon and I, can finally relax as the film is rendered and just needs to edited. I felt like we were kinda of settling as we were learning how to do things, like lighting and texturing, as we were going on, and we have run out of time to experiment. I was mostly responsible for the animation, which I deliberately, tried to slow down, as my previous animations have been a bit fast. Other than that, my case study on Frederator was fun to do and Fred Seibert was a big help. Thanks Fred. I encourage everyone to visit www.frederator.com to see what this great studio is capable off.

I might relax for a little before continuing with holiday homework. Happy Hoildays everyone.

P.S. To everyone who is not English I encourage to watch Only Fools and Horses. It's the best sitcom ever, and has the funniest moments ever in a television show. It's just great. One picture here is from a proposed new statue of Walt and Mickey for the California Adventure theme park. I' think that's great. Another is some promotional art for the Stitch Encounter. Would like to go on that. Oh yeah, play Super Mario Galaxy. It's awesome.

Additional Skills and Experience

At Ravensbourne, as the director of a group of nine people on a student film I gained the ability to adhere to a production schedules, manage a group of creative people, calculate invoices and costs of projects and learnt to deal with outside voice actors and other clients. I also gained a good understanding of animation principles and learnt to draw to consistently well at a quick pace. Finally I gained a good understanding of the creative side of the industry.
