Doodleboy Toon Effects Pictures

Hi, these are just some practice pictures I did to mess around with the Toon Effects in Maya 7. I really like that 2D look and I don't think it is used enough in CG animation. I just created a very simple model of Doodleboy and put the Toon effects on him. I think they turned out O.K.

At a very young age I fell in love with animation and knew that I wanted to be an animator when I grew up. I knew I wanted to achieve a future in crafting well-designed characters brought to life with entertaining animation.

Additional Skills and Experience

At Ravensbourne, as the director of a group of nine people on a student film I gained the ability to adhere to a production schedules, manage a group of creative people, calculate invoices and costs of projects and learnt to deal with outside voice actors and other clients. I also gained a good understanding of animation principles and learnt to draw to consistently well at a quick pace. Finally I gained a good understanding of the creative side of the industry.
